Client / Contractor / Vendor relationships can prove difficult to maintain at the best of times. During the manufacture of materials and equipment we at CELT Business Solutions can offer an interface between the Client / Contractor / Vendor that can maintain the professional relationship to aid in the on-time and to-specification delivery of materials and equipment.

Both the schedule and price of materials and equipment are key in the placement of Client orders, as such CELT believes that Expediting activities should be incorporated into the procurement process from the outset so that understanding of the Client / Contractor / Vendors obligations are clear.

CELT will attempt to pro-actively identify problems and delays whilst the document review process, manufacture, and goods despatch are ongoing, and work on behalf of the Client / Contractor with the Vendor to remove such blocks.

CELT provides a dedicated Expediting service that is independent of inspection activities and the Client / Contractor interests will be represented by an experienced professional Consultant with a project engineering background and man management abilities.

CELT can also provide post order Vendor evaluations for Clients based on performance, reaction to Client needs, and, shop floor capacities.

If required CELT can offer a pure desk and field Expediting service including the following activities
  • attendance at contract review meetings
  • Expediting of documentation submission and review from both Contractor and Vendor
  • monitoring of the manufacturing and despatch process
